Our friend professor Masahiko Asada (Kyoto University, Japan) has contributed an article on Japan-India nuclear cooperation in the latest issue of the International Law Gazette. The article provides detailed analysis of some international legal issues raised by the  Agreement between Japan and India for Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, signed in November 2016. One of the major issues  concerns the question of possible Indian nuclear testing and its impact on the bilateral cooperation.
