Pierre-Emmanuel Dupont has contributed a report for the upcoming Volume VIII of International Maritime Boundaries (forthcoming, Brill/Nijhoff, in cooperation with The American Society of International Law).
Pierre-Emmanuel’s report will cover the maritime delimitation agreement in the Mediterranean between France and Italy, signed in 2015. He has previously commented on this agreement on The Westphalian.
International Maritime Boundaries, now edited by Coalter Lathrop, is the primary comprehensive reference source for international state practice concerning maritime boundary delimitation, and is used and referenced widely by practitioners of international law. It is available both in print and online.
